Tom joined Capital Realty Services and affiliates in late 2012 for new loan production consisting of  property managers nationally with emphasis on West Coast and Rocky Mountain region(s)  serving their out of region needs primarily in the South and East Coast.   Previously, Tom was in the Corporate Banking and Structured Finance activities in excess of 30 years with Union Bank of California, Provident Bank in Cincinnati, BB&T and HSBC with recent roles at Presidential Bank and currently active with our affiliate, a traditional Residential Mortgage Broker under his NMLS licensing.

Tom has been actively involved in direct lending and investing in Owner Occupied properties, Parking with both Urban subterranean, above ground parking garages and national surface parking, Self Storage,  Hotels, Income producing commercial both industrial and office, Golf Courses,  and special purpose real estate nationally, Professional Sports Facilities and Golf Courses with highly recognized Multi-National investors, Boutique and Multi-National Private Equity, Public companies as well as Private ownership.  The Structured Finance and Merchant Banking efforts included traditional leverage lending both mezzanine and senior syndicated corporate debt and mortgages fully underwritten for portfolio, frequently emphasizing the stand alone financing of the real estate spin outs.

Tom holds a B.S. in Finance from California State University of Long Beach and NMLS licensed active with the Mortgage Bankers Association as well as assorted memberships including Association of Corporate Growth, Los Angeles Venture Capital Association and numerous not for profit activities.
